- Recordings are saved as standard AVI files using Motion JPEG encoding — playable in VLC, Windows Media Player, and any major video player without additional codecs.
- Can I record just a specific window instead of the whole screen?
- Yes. Use the Set Watch Area tool to drag a selection over any region — a specific application, a panel, a corner of your display. You define exactly what gets captured.
- Does it work across multiple monitors?
- Yes. The area selector works across all connected displays at any DPI scaling setting.
